Project management software is used to record, monitor and update project schedules, which are referenced on an ongoing basis for day-to-day work allocation, for the management of timeframes and deliverables, and for providing progress reports to clients.
Projects are planned by experienced project managers and include the development of schedules with clearly defined tasks, resources, timeframes, dependencies, milestones, deliverables and client sign-off points.

School Competitions
Kids Media offers a schools competition service for students of all ages, including:
- creation of competition concept
- writing and designing competition material (including entry form)
- arranging the printing, packaging and mailing to schools of competition material
- receipt and processing of competition entries from schools (including the data entry of school details, if required)
- short-listing of students' entries by qualified teachers for final judging by the client.
